Customer Portal – Access Your Documents & Appointments

At Perceptive Heating, we make it easy for our customers to view important information about their appointments and certificates in one place through our Customer Portal. The portal allows you to quickly and securely access documents relating to your property and or rental properties and any work we have carried out.

How the Customer Portal Works

​

Once we have added you to our system and sent any relevant information to you by text message or email, you will automatically have access to your Customer Portal.

​

Through the portal you will be able to view:

​

  • Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)

  • Service records

  • Invoices and documents

  • Upcoming appointments

  • Messages and updates from our team

​

Any future documents, appointment confirmations, or communications we send to you will also be stored in the portal, making it easy to find everything in one place.

 

Creating Your Portal Login

If you would like to access your information from another device or at any time, you will need to create a login for the Customer Portal.

​

You can do this by following these steps:

​

  1. Open the Customer Portal from the link sent to you via text or email

  2. Click the Menu button within the portal

  3. Select “Create account”

  4. Set up your login details

  5. ​

Once your account is created, you will be able to log in anytime to access your documents and appointment details.
