Norfolk isn’t just where we work — it’s home. From the coastline to the countryside villages, we genuinely enjoy being part of this community and helping local families, landlords and businesses stay warm all year round.

When we’re not out on call, you’ll usually find us by the sea or exploring the Norfolk Broads with our dogs — often with fish and chips in hand. It’s our way of unwinding and appreciating the county we’re proud to serve.
